The functions of the Audit Authority are defined in Art. 62 of Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 and Art. 127 of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. In doing so, the auditors of the Agency implemented the regulations of the European Union for the programming period 2014-2020 and the relevant Bulgarian legislation.
